I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I love to empower the individuals I work with. I use a person centered, strengths based, clinical modality. I provide clinical support to varying marginalized members of the population throughout the lifespan, utilizing multiple modalities including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho Education, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, Trauma Informed Care, and Psychotherapy.
My clinical viewpoint is that we are all unique individuals that require various therapeutic supports to maintain a healthy mind and body. As a therapist, I am engaged, direct, and compassionate. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience and education to foster a realistic approach to counseling.

I have over 10 years of experience working as a Licensed Social Worker. Before starting a business, I worked in a variety of clinical settings. Currently I hold a position as a LICSW working for: providing therapy for children of all ages. In addition, I have worked on a number of multidisciplinary teams consisting of MD’s, Nurses, NP’s, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and social workers, in varying clinical settings from hospitals, community health centers, and insurance companies.

In addition, I have worked on several multidisciplinary teams consisting of MD’s, Nurses, NP’s, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and social workers, in varying clinical settings from hospitals, community health centers, and insurance companies.
I have a passion for providing therapeutic interventions for individuals looking to improve their mental and physical health. I have extensive experience providing a multitude of therapies for individuals in varying stages of development. My education and professional experiences enable me to be an effective, attentive, and compassionate therapist who is enjoys supporting individuals in managing life’s challenges best they know how.
